This policy explains what information SnapVid handles when you use it, why, how long it is kept, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
SnapVid is operated by Regulad Co., Ltd., Caugiay, Hanoi, Vietnam (“we”, “us”). For anything in this policy, contact us at support@regulad.com or +84 70 205 8270.
2. What we do not collect
SnapVid has no accounts, no sign-up and no login. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, date of birth or payment details, and we do not keep a history of what you download.
3. What is processed when you use the tools
- Links you paste. To show download options, our server sends the link to the platform it belongs to (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or Threads) and reads the media addresses from the response. The link is used for that request only and is not stored.
- Bulk link lists. A list submitted to a bulk tool is held in server memory while the job runs, and is discarded automatically 10 minutes after it was created.
- Page source (private Facebook video tool). The page source you paste is read in memory to find the video address and is not saved.
- Converted files. When a file has to be prepared on our server, for example extracting MP3 audio, the working file is deleted automatically 30 minutes after it was created.
- Technical data. Like any website, the servers delivering SnapVid receive your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. Our hosting infrastructure keeps these in standard access logs for security and troubleshooting for no longer than 30 days.
Because the server makes the request to the platform, the platform sees our server's address, not yours, while your download options are being prepared. The file itself is then downloaded by your browser.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
SnapVid sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. Your browser's local storage remembers only that you have answered the cookie notice. Our advertising partners may set cookies as described in section 5. The full list is in our Cookie Policy.
5. Advertising
SnapVid is free and is paid for by advertising from Google and other third-party vendors.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- Third parties may place and read cookies on your browser, or use web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers, to collect information as a result of ad serving.

You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time in Google My Ad Center. You can also opt out of other vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info, networkadvertising.org or, in Europe, youronlinechoices.eu.
The links you paste are never shared with advertisers.
6. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, a consent message from a Google-certified consent management platform, integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework, asks for your choice before advertising cookies are used for personalised ads. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the Privacy settings link in the footer.
Our legal bases under the GDPR and UK GDPR are:
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): running the tools you ask us to run, keeping the service secure and preventing abuse;
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): cookies and similar storage that are not strictly necessary, including personalised advertising;
- Legitimate interests: replying to an email you send us.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information about you, to object to or restrict its use, to data portability, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data protection authority.
US state privacy laws (including California). You may request access to or deletion of your personal information and opt out of its “sale” or “sharing” for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. Where personalised advertising cookies could count as “sharing” under those laws, you can opt out through the links in section 5, and we honour the Global Privacy Control signal. We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights.
To make a request, email support@regulad.com. We reply within 30 days. As we hold no accounts, we usually cannot link log data to a named person; if so, we will tell you.
8. Children
SnapVid is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Who receives information
- Google and other advertising vendors: cookies, identifiers and IP address, to serve and measure ads (section 5);
- Our hosting provider: technical data needed to run the site;
- Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Threads: the link you paste, sent from our server so the platform can return the media.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it. Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

11. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and we keep as little data as the service allows. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what we handle.
12. Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
