These terms govern your use of SnapVid, operated by Regulad Co., Ltd.. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. The service
SnapVid is a free web tool that helps you save videos, images and audio that you can already view on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Threads. It needs no account and is paid for by advertising.
2. No affiliation
SnapVid is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok or ByteDance. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe which links the tool accepts.
3. Copyright and permitted use
Most content on these platforms is protected by copyright and belongs to the person who created it. You may use SnapVid only to download:
- content you created or own the rights to;
- content whose owner has given you permission to save it; or
- content you are otherwise allowed to save under the law where you live, such as a private copy for personal viewing where that is permitted.
You must not:
- re-upload, republish, sell, broadcast or otherwise distribute content you downloaded without the rights holder's permission;
- use downloaded content commercially, or remove watermarks or credits in order to pass off someone else's work as your own;
- use the service in breach of the terms of the platform the content comes from;
- use the service to download content you could not lawfully view, or to get around a privacy setting or access control.
You alone are responsible for what you download and what you do with it. We do not host the content, do not check the rights to it, and do not keep copies.
4. Copyright complaints
If you are a rights holder and believe SnapVid is being used to infringe your copyright, email support@regulad.com with:
- your name and contact details, and your authority to act for the rights holder;
- a description of the work and the link(s) concerned;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and that your notice is accurate.
We respond promptly and, where appropriate, block the links concerned from the tool.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- send automated or bulk traffic to the site beyond the built-in bulk tools, or scrape it;
- overload, probe or interfere with the servers or security of the site;
- use the service for anything unlawful, harmful, harassing or abusive;
- click ads other than out of genuine interest, or generate ad impressions or clicks by automated means, incentives or any other artificial method.
We may block access for anyone who breaks these terms.
6. Advertising and third-party links
The site shows ads from Google and other vendors, as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We do not endorse advertised products, and we are not responsible for third-party websites.
7. Availability
The service is free and provided as is. Platforms change their pages often, so a tool may stop working at any time. We may change, suspend or end any part of the service without notice.
8. Disclaimer and liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and Regulad Co., Ltd. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, for content you download, or for how you use it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms, including claims by rights holders about content you downloaded or distributed.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Hanoi, without affecting mandatory consumer rights where you live.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
