What to write to us about
- A download that does not work. Include the link you tried and which tool you used; that is usually enough for us to find the problem.
- Copyright complaints. If you hold the rights to content and want it blocked from the tool, follow the steps in section 4 of our Terms of Service. We handle these first.
- Privacy requests. Access, deletion or any question about your data. See our Privacy Policy; we reply within 30 days.
- Advertising. Report an ad that is misleading, disguised as a download button or otherwise inappropriate, with the page address and a screenshot if you can.
- Suggestions and partnerships. A platform you would like us to support, a translation fix, or a business enquiry.
SnapVid is not affiliated with Facebook, Meta, Instagram, Threads or TikTok. We cannot help with problems on those platforms themselves, such as account access.
